Why We Built This Site
Oregon gives the public broad access to many public records, but Baker County records are split by office. Baker County Circuit Court handles felony, civil, family, divorce, probate, juvenile, and other state trial court files. Baker County Justice Court District #1 handles traffic, boating, wildlife, small claims, FED, and some misdemeanor matters. The Baker County Clerk handles county recordings, marriage licenses, historical indexes, and microfilm. The Sheriff's Office manages the jail roster, sheriff records requests, and law-enforcement records.
